1. Cleanse skin.
2. Apply Magnesium Crystal Resurfacing Polish twice a week, morning or night.
3. Apply with water-moistened fingertips to the entire face and neck, add water as needed and gently massage skin in circular motion. Avoid the eye area.
4. Rinse well with water.
5. Use SPF15 sunscreen or higher every day to protect skin against sun damage.
6. Avoid the use of Alpha or Beta Hydroxy Acids or other exfoliating skin care products the day before or immediately after application and the following day.
